All orders take 1–3 business days to process before being shipped.  
Please note: we do ship on weekends but not bank holidays.

🚚 **Shipping Times (UK)**  
Royal Mail Tracked 48: 2–4 business days  

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

🌍 **International Shipping**  
At this moment, Sabr Jameel ships within the UK only.  
International shipping will be added soon.

💰 **Shipping Costs**  
Shipping is a flat rate of £4.50 across the UK. Orders are processed in 1-3 working days.

📦 **Delivery Issues / Lost Parcels**  
If your parcel is delayed or lost, please contact us at **sabrjameel77@gmail.com** and we will assist you.  
Please allow up to 10 business days for Royal Mail to investigate lost parcels.

🏠 **Incorrect Address**  
Customers are responsible for entering the correct delivery address at checkout.

Sabr Jameel is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we may be able to resend it, but additional charges may apply.
